The club will arrange for a number of spare birds to be trained along with the others in the loft.

Spares are allocated to those with less than 3 birds left, used by the member during racing but remain the property of the breeders, and are returned to the breeder at end of racing.

Any prize money won will go to the member.

Spares are allocated when the electronic rings are fitted and this will be about 2 weeks before the first race.

This will be the only time spares are allocated.

Any loft spares not allocated will still take part in all races but will be ineligible to win prize money.
